I’ve been seeing a few instances where agents are leaving the Acceptance Deadline blank in either an offer, or more often, in an addendum to the REPC that comes later during the transaction.
This is sloppy and will possibly create an ambiguity in what is already a complex purchase contract. Please remember to include dates and all other relevant information for your contracts and addenda. Doing this will protect your clients and reduce the risk of dispute.
