Non-exclusive Buyer-Broker Agreement & Agency Disclosure (Designated Agency Brokerage)
April 30, 2015
This form should be used to establish a non-exclusive relationship between the broker, the designated agent and the buyer. The form establishes expectations for the parties, outlines fiduciary duties, sets an effective date, and states the brokerage fee and requirements for payment.
Unlike with the Exclusive Buyer-Buyer Agreement, the Non-exclusive Agreement only requires payment if the brokerage negotiates a transaction for the buyer during the term of the agreement.
