Exclusive Buyer-Broker Agreement & Agency Disclosure (Designated Agency Brokerage)

This form should be used to establish an exclusive relationship between the broker, the designated agent and the buyer. The form defines the scope of the representation as for a specific property or county (not both), establishes expectations for the parties, outlines fiduciary duties, sets an effective date, and states the brokerage fee and requirements for payment. The form also clarifies that during the term of the agreement, the broker will get paid regardless of who finds the property for the buyer.
