The Legal Hotline is a benefit exclusive to members of the Utah Association of REALTORS®. The policies stated below provide details on how to use this valuable resource.

Hours of Operation

The Legal Hotline is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding holidays.

Call-Handling Process

Access the Legal Hotline by calling (801) 676-5211 and leaving a message. Calls will be returned in the order received. Messages will be returned on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Who May Call

The Legal Hotline is only available to members of the Utah Association of REALTORS®. Please do not refer your clients to the Legal Hotline since the Hotline can only respond to questions from REALTORS®. Members are encouraged to first resolve questions with their broker.
