We’ll discuss strategies such as clearing pent-up demand, normalizing extended market time, showcasing property for top dollar and defining LOCAL market conditions vs. national market generalizations.

Takeaways include:

  • Control the selling process when representing sellers using tangible strategies.
  • Describe the difference between pent-up demand and normal market activity in terms of absorption.
  • Identify top-dollar strategies to contribute to the successful sale of any property.
