Utah home sales in October fell about 1% while year-to-date sales increased about 2%, according to October 2025 data from the Utah Association of REALTORS®.

Utah home prices continued their steady rise. For the first 10 months of 2025, the Utah median sales price increased 2% to $510,000. For October alone, the median sales price rose nearly 3% to $525,000 compared to the same month last year.

The trend of increasing prices should continue in 2026 with economists predicting Utah average home prices will go up 3%, according to data from the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute.
