The Utah Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Fund in coordination with the Southeastern Utah Chapter of REALTORS® gave $4,500 to help six families who had their homes damaged or destroyed in the June 5 fire at the Pack Creek Mobile Home Park in Moab. UARHOF has a special emergency fund to assist families whose homes are damaged or destroyed in disasters.

Kreg and Lance, Sometimes you see the Disclosures as an attached document in the MLS. THere are some that say that you shouldn't do that

would you explain 1.C.ii. If the answer is no, why do they need to explain?

I think it is certainly looks more up to date and easy to read - 16 pages is a lot, but it's better having it all spread out and easier to read, in my opinion.
Perhaps at 9. Heating and leased components; if the propane tank which may fuel the heating system is leased it could be mentioned here.
Kreg or Lance, one thing that sticks out to me is on the last page for signatures - there is room on the page, but the place for seller signature is TINY....the buyer one is spaced a lot more appropriately.
I love this! This form answers a lot of the questions we get from buyers.

Those are not checkboxes. They are check rectangles.
What I am gathering from the confusion and comments from the video is that 1.C.ii should really be 1.C.i.1...it modifies whether or not it is compliant and not whether or not it is rented...I think that is going to confuse a lot of sellers/agents.
