How to Cancel the REPC: Help clients back out of the contract without penalty.

Pages 14 & 15 outline a few ways a buyer or seller can cancel a purchase contract without penalties by following the law. It briefly talks about breaches as opposed to cancellations, a situation where buyer can cancel before due diligence deadline, a situation where there isn’t an option for cancellation (after some deadlines), whether emails count for cancellations, and explicit conditions for having a successful cancellation.
