The Utah Association of REALTORS® is a statewide member organization representing real estate professionals who live, work, and serve in communities across Utah. As part of our mission to support strong neighborhoods, economic opportunity, and attainable homeownership, we sponsored a public education video message to highlight the importance of housing affordability and thoughtful growth.

Gov. Spencer Cox was the spokesperson because of his ongoing work to address Utah’s housing crisis. Gov. Cox has said, “Barriers to homeownership and affordable housing are the single greatest threat to Utah’s prosperity. A lack of affordable housing holds back our workforce, weakens our economy, and keeps Utahns from achieving the American dream.”

The video is airing on Utah media outlets and was paid for by the Utah Association of REALTORS®.
