Trade Show

Trade show tables are 6-foot banquet tables. Each table space includes a table and two chairs and pipe and drape behind. Please be mindful of the limited space when planning your area. Please note you are not allowed to bring in any outside food or beverage.  Please contact deanna@utahrealtors.com if you would like to order food or drink from the conference center to distribute. Table locations will be assigned to you.

Trade Show Schedule

Thursday, Sept. 4
Set-up: 7 a.m.
Breakfast: 7:30-8:30 a.m.
Tables open: 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Trade show lunch (no competing classes): 12-1:30 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 5
Breakfast: 7:30-8:30 a.m.
Tables open: 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
Take down: 12-2 p.m.

Contest
We will provide you with a QR code at your table. We will be having a contest to encourage attendees to visit each table and scan each sponsor’s QR code. We also encourage you to do any contests on your own. We will announce the winners of the grand prize during the Legal Panel.

Trade Show Tickets
Those attending the trade show must have a conference registration or trade show ticket. Please fill out the form here to indicate who should receive your trade show tickets.

Lead Generation Tool
We have an event app that will allow you to collect leads. If you would like access to someone’s contact information, make sure to scan their badge using the lead retrieval tool in the convention app. No later than Aug. 3, please fill out the form to identify the people who will have access to the lead generation tool.
