Brokers across the state are helping to increase affordable housing in their areas simply by converting their real estate trust account to interest bearing one. Families are benefiting from the caring attitudes of these brokers participating in UARHOF.

UARHOF helps direct money from interest-bearing accounts into statewide programs. The nationally recognized foundation was created in 1998 with the intention of promoting safe, decent and affordable housing for all in Utah.

Mission: To provide financial assistance and resources to organizations which sponsor or support activities, programs, education and research that directly or indirectly expands, creates or encourages the development and/or redevelopment of adequate, safe and decent affordable housing and home ownership opportunities in Utah for individuals and families with moderate, low and very low income levels.

Direct contributions are greatly accepted. All monies will be kept within the areas from which they are contributed and given back to the specific community in the form of a grant to nonprofit organizations whose goal is to provide housing for people in need.
