Keynote Speaker: Sidney Friedman

Kick off Convention with entertainer Sidney Friedman who will amaze you with his musical mind-reading talents. He’ll also teach you how to improve your interactions with clients and prospects by better understanding their subconscious messages and non-verbal cues. Learn techniques for handling objections and creating deeper bonds of communication.

The Utah Real Estate Commission has approved new changes to the Real Estate Purchase Contract to add clarity and improve the purchase process. Learn all the changes and what you need to know about this important updated form.

Among the many legal issues NAR monitors, two are particularly important: protecting seniors and avoiding copyright violations. Seniors are often targets of financial fraud, including scams attacking their homes. Learn what to watch out for and what to do if you suspect a crime against an elderly client. Plus, learn what steps you need to take to protect yourself from copyright infringement lawsuits.

In today’s low-inventory market, you may find yourself representing more buyers in new construction transactions. In this situation, there are special considerations to keep in mind that vary from the purchase of an existing home.
