This class will use case studies to illustrate various MLS policies, with a special focus on REALTOR® management of short sales using the MLS input system and search tools.

In this two-hour course, we will take an in-depth look at the four UAR short sale forms and analyze each of them from a legal perspective. We will discuss basic contract law principles that apply to short sale transactions so you will be able to more effectively represent your clients. We will also discuss many of the legal pitfalls to watch out for when using these forms as you represent your clients in a short sale transaction.
