Lori Chapman is an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Premier in St. George and has been a REALTOR® for 30 years. She specializes in second homes, resort real estate and new construction. She served as 2011 president-elect for the Utah Association of REALTORS® and as 2008 president of the Washington County Board of REALTORS®. Chapman has actively served on committees for the Utah Association of REALTORS®, the Washington County Board of REALTORS® and the Southern Utah Home Builders Association. Chapman holds the real estate designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, and Short Sale Specialist. In 2009, she received the Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Washington County chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

Cal Musselman is a sales agent with Golden Spike Realty in Sunset. A licensed sales agent for more than 10 years, Musselman specializes in residential real estate. He recently completed terms as vice president and treasurer for the Utah Association of REALTORS®. In 2007, he served as president of the Northern Wasatch Association of REALTORS® and has served in various leadership positions at local, state and national levels. Musselman holds the real estate designation of Graduate REALTOR® Institute and is a certified Short Sale Specialist. He has an associate’s degree from Dixie State College and is a graduate of the Utah Association of REALTORS®' leadership program.

Rick Southwick is an associate broker and co-owner of Keller Williams Success Realty in South Ogden. Southwick has been a REALTOR® for 26 years and specializes in residential real estate. In 2011, he served as treasurer of the Utah Association of REALTORS®. He also completed a term as president of the Northern Wasatch Association of REALTORS® and has served in a variety of leadership positions at both the state and Northern Wasatch REALTOR® associations. He is an Ogden city planning commissioner and a graduate of the Utah Association of REALTORS®' leadership program.

Ryan Kirkham is the principal broker/president for Kirkham Real Estate in Salt Lake City. Kirkham has been a REALTOR® for 17 years and specializes in single-family brokerage. He chairs the Utah Association of REALTORS®’ Finance Committee and has previously chaired the UAR’s Forms Committee. In 2009, Kirkham served as president of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® and received several Hall of Fame awards from that organization. He serves on the University of Utah’s Young Alumni Board as well as on the Utah Division of Real Estate's Broker Pre-license Curriculum Committee. Kirkham holds the real estate designations of Graduate REALTOR® Institute, e-Pro and Short Sale Specialist.

Immediate Past President – Kenny Parcell, SSS

Kenny Parcell is a sales agent with RE/MAX Results in Spanish Fork. He has been a REALTOR® for 15 years, and has sold more than 1,500 homes during that time. He specializes in residential real estate and is the youngest person ever appointed to a position on the Executive Committee of the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2011, Parcell served as president of the Utah Association of REALTORS®, and in 2008 Parcell completed a term as president of the Utah County Association of REALTORS®. He received that organization’s REALTOR® of the Year award in 2006. He was named one of REALTOR® Magazine’s “Top 30 REALTORS® under 30” in 2001 and one of Utah Valley Magazine’s “Top 40 Entrepreneurs under 40” in 2006. Parcell has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and is a RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. Parcell currently serves as the liaison for the Information, Communications & Professional Development Group for the National Association of REALTORS®. He is also a certified Short Sale Specialist.
